Brookside Apartments
Brookside Apartments consists of 6 buildings with a total of 24 apartments; two are handicap-accessible. These one and two bedroom apartments are in a quiet setting located on Myrtle Ave. The rent is not based on income. Utilities included are water and garbage pickup. Utilities that are the tenant’s responsibility are electric and gas. Each unit includes a stove and refrigerator and they have washer/dryer hookups.

How do I apply?
If you are interested in applying for any of these housing units, contact the Crossville Housing Authority. Applications can be picked at the CHA office or can be mailed or emailed to you. An application interview time must be scheduled.
You will also need to provide references, verify your income, and provide social security cards and birth certificates for all household members.
