Green Meadows Townhomes
A low-income housing tax credit project, consisting of 28 units of affordable housing located on County Garage Road in Crossville. There are 2 and 3-bedroom, townhouse-type units and 2 one-floor handicap-accessible units. Rent is not based on income but is restricted to applicants that do not exceed the 60% income limit set by HUD. Section 8 vouchers are accepted.

How do I apply?
If you are interested in applying for any of these housing units, contact the Crossville Housing Authority. Applications can be picked at the CHA office or can be mailed or emailed to you. An application interview time must be scheduled.
You will also need to provide references, verify your income, and provide social security cards and birth certificates for all household members.
