Twin Oaks Apartments
Twin Oaks is a 24-unit apartment complex located on Wayne Ave. in Crossville. One-bedroom and two-bedroom units are available. Restricted to persons 62 and over, applicants have to meet certain guidelines in order to qualify. Rent is not based on income, but applicants must not exceed the 50% income limit set by HUD. A Section 8 voucher can be used to help pay the rent.

How do I apply?
If you are interested in applying for any of these housing units, contact the Crossville Housing Authority. Applications can be picked at the CHA office or can be mailed or emailed to you. An application interview time must be scheduled.
You will also need to provide references, verify your income, and provide social security cards and birth certificates for all household members.
